FLCT retains portfolio occupancy of 95.8% in 1Q24

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) ended 1Q24 with a stable portfolio occupancy of 95.8%.

FLCT also retained full occupancy for its logistics and industrial portfolio, whilst its commercial assets recorded an 89.4% occupancy rate.

In 1Q24, the company leased ~128,000 sqm of space.

In the same quarter, FLCT achieved strong portfolio rental reversions of 11.6% on an incoming rent vs. outgoing rent basis and +18.2% on an average rent vs. average rent basis.
