FCT acquires full stake in NEX Partners Trust

The acquisition was proposed on 25 January 2024.

Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) has completed the acquisition of the remaining 49% interest in each NEX Partners trust and its trustee-manager.

Following the acquisition, HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, as the trustee of FCT, now holds 100.% interest in each of NEX Partners Trust and Frasers Property Coral Pte. Ltd.

HSBC also holds a 50% interest in NEX, a retail mall located at 23 Serangoon Central, Singapore 556083.
