ESR-REIT chief exec to serve as CEO of ESR-LOGOS REIT manager

The appointment will be official should the merger of ESR-REIT and ALOG push through.

The chief of ESR-REIT Manager, Adrian Chui, will serve as CEO of the manager of ESR-LOGOS REIT, the merged entity of ARA LOGOS and ESR-REIT.

Meanwhile, the chief of ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust manager, Karen Lee, will be appointed as Deputy CEO of the combined entity.

In a bourse filing, ALOG Trust’s manager said the ESR-REIT manager’s Nominating and Remuneration Committee will also be reviewing the “composition of the board of directors of the ESR-REIT Manager as may be appropriate to align with ESR-LOGOS REIT's future strategic direction, focus and corporate governance best practices.”

The extraordinary general meeting of ESR-REIT will take place on 21 March 2022, 10 am, whilst the EGM and scheme meeting of ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust will take place on 21 March 2022 at 3 pm and 3.30pm respectively.
