ERA integrates OpenAI GPT-3 into its SALES+ app

The integration will allow agents to generate tenancy reminders.

ERA Realty Network (ERA) has integrated OpenAI Generative Pre-Trained Transformer 3 (GPT-3) into its app for agents, SALES+.

The real estate agency said the integration will help agents save time on mundane administrative tasks, including copywriting, content generation and translations.

OpenAI GPT-3 in SALES+ comprises two sections: Guided Creation and Advanced.

Guided Creation simplifies creating and managing content and engaging with customers, whilst Advanced allows agents to interact with a chatbot for a wide range of AI-generated conversational responses.

Under Guided Creation are the Content Management, and Communication and Engagement.

These features allow agents to generate necessary content quickly in the most optimal way. 

With the Content Management feature, agents can determine the tone, length, and structure of their messages, as well as improve them for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and summarise them for key takeaways. 

The Communication and Engagement feature, meanwhile, helps generate and enhance agent support, from self-introductions to tenancy reminders, personalised festive greetings to an open house and event invitations. 

It also offers agents the option to translate their messages into various languages and to suggest copy based on the platform type that the agent intends to post on.
