Cromwell EREIT’s Nervesa21 achieves 70% occupancy

Nervesa21, Cromwell EREIT’s office development in Milan, Italy, is now 70% pre-let, following the signing of lease agreements with three major tenant customers.
In a bourse filing, the SGX-listed REIT named fintech company Scalapay, and global communications advisory firm Edelman as the office’s new tenant-customers.
Universal Music Group also joined the REIT’s tenant roster as the anchor tenant of Nervesa21.
The asset now only has 3,000 sq ft or three floors available to let.
