The shophouse sale will be conducted through Expression of Interest.

A three-storey conservation shophouse located at 91 Tanjong Pagar Road is put on sale for $3,800 per square foot on the floor area, Savills said.

The property, zoned as commercial, is located near Tanjong Pagar MRT (a two-minute walk) and Maxwell MRT (a five-minute walk). The sale will be conducted through an Expression of Interest exercise until Wednesday, 8 November 2023, at 3 p.m.

The shophouse has an attic with a distinctive facade and a rich architectural heritage. It sits on a land area of approximately 1,297 square feet, with a total built-up area of estimated 3,842 square feet.

The refurbished property is also near a busy T-junction neighbourhood. Its power supply was also improved to back food & beverage operations on its ground floor.

Foreigners and companies are eligible to buy the property and no Additional Buyer Stamp Duty or Seller’s Stamp Duty will be imposed.
