CLI now one of world's largest listed real estate firm with $119b AUM

Formerly, this company was known as CapitaLand prior to restructuring efforts. 

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) has proven to have a resilient business model after completing its strategic restructuring this September 2021.

According to a report released by OCBC Investment Research, CLI has established itself as one of the world’s largest real estate investment managers (REIM) with $119b worth of assets under management (AUM). 

More than 80% of its AUM is located in Asia. 

A value of $83b was also recorded from CLI’s real estate funds under management. These are then held by six listed REITs and over 20 private funds. 

The report also says that a target of $100b is on the cards for the company, as this would grow its fee income and recurring income streams.
