No thanks to the CBD supply squeeze.
Among the different property segments, the office sub-sector remains robust.
According to a report by CIMB, rents will continue their uptrend for the rest of 2014 and into 2015, thanks to the supply squeeze in the CBD area.
CIMB believes that office rents could rise by 5-10% overall, with prime rents tracking the higher end of growth and rental spreads between CBD and quasi office space likely to widen further.
