Chart of the Day: Grade A CBD office vacancy hits 2% in Q1
Orchard Road saw the biggest vacancy rate in the CBD at 3.1%.
This chart from Cushman & Wakefield reveals that the vacancy rate for Grade A core business district (CBD) office properties dipped YoY to 2% in Q1.
Orchard Road recorded the biggest Grade A office vacancy rate in the CBD at 3.1%, followed by Raffles Place (2.3%) and Marina Bay (2.2%). Meanwhile, Shenton Way / Tanjong Pagar posted the smallest office vacancy at 0.6%.
Outside the district, City Fringe and Suburban offices of all grades saw higher vacancy rates of 4.2% and 6%, respectively.
