CapitaLand Development leads bid for Kallang Way industrial food site at $368.9m

The site spans 44,107 square metres.

CapitaLand Development emerged as the top bidder for an Industrial Business 2 (B2) Food site at Kallang Way, submitting an offer of $368.9m.

The site spans 44,107 square metres (sqm) and is in the Kolam Ayer industrial estate.

The planned development on the site is a nine-storey food facility featuring 40-foot container ramp-up access and units designed with expansion flexibility.

Additionally, the facility will feature more than 1,000 sqm of retail space to complement the business mix.
