Auctioned properties sold reached $48.92m in first 9 months of 2022
The number of properties sold increased by 19.23% compared to last year.
The total number of properties sold in auctions reached $$48.92m for the first nine months of 2022, according to the Singapore Realtors, Inc. (SRI).
This was a dip of 0.08% from the first nine months of 2021 which auctioned $48.95m worth of properties. The total number of properties sold in 2022 is 31 versus 26, a 19.23% increase from the year before.

Residential properties remained the bulk of transactions, which stood at 64.5% of the total value sold. The highest quantum sold in 2022 was for an intermediate townhouse at 8 Nassim Hill, transacted at $6.82m.
A total of 9 properties were sold at auction for the third quarter this year, amounting to a total gross sales value of $13.18m. Both Q2 of this year and last year still hold pole positions for the most number of properties sold and the highest total value sold at auction for their respective year.
