6 commercial units within Peninsula Plaza are up for sale via EOI

The units have a guide price of $8.6m-$9.0m.

A portfolio of six commercial units within Peninsula Plaza is up for sale by expression of interest (EOI) with a guide price of $8.6m to $9.0m.

The EOI will close on 17 April 2024, Wednesday at 3 pm.

Buyers can purchase the units individually or as a portfolio.

The price of individual units starts at $1.1m. All units are tenanted and not subjected to goods and property tax.

Sakal, the property's marketing agent, said the units are on the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors. Units range between 398 sq ft and 1,281 sq ft for a total strata area of 2,583 sq ft.

The Peninsula Plaza is a 30-storey commercial development with shops and offices. It stands across the City Hall MRT interchange and has a 999-year tenure from 1829.
