Three industrial sites launched under IGLS programme: URA

4.14 ha are up for grabs.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority and JTC Corporation today announced the launch of two Confirmed List sites under the 1st half 2014 IGLS Programme. 

The sites are located at Gambas Crescent and off Tuas South Avenue 7 (Plot 12) and one Reserve List site off Tuas South Avenue 14 (Plot 1).

The 1.57 ha site at Gambas Crescent released by URA is zoned for Business-1 development and has a 30-year tenure and a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5.

The site off Tuas South Avenue 7 (Plot 12) launched by JTC is zoned for Business-2 development with a lease of 30 years. It has a land area of 2.57ha and a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.0.

Separately, a site off Tuas South Avenue 14 (Plot 1) is made available by JTC for application under the Reserve List of the 1st half 2014 IGLS Programme. Zoned for Business-2 development, the site has a 30-year tenure and a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.0.

The closing dates for the tender for the land parcels are as follows:
(i) Gambas Crescent : 26 Aug 2014, 12 noon
(ii) Off Tuas South Avenue 7 (Plot 12) : 26 Aug 2014, 11 am
