SPH REIT appoints Trina Loh as new board director

Loh will be an independent non-executive director of the board.

SPH REIT Management has appointed Trina Loh as an independent non-executive director to its board as well as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominating and Remuneration Committee effective on 1 December.

SPH Reit said Loh will be replacing David Chia, who is stepping down from the SPHRM Board as director and chairperson of the NRC on the same day.

Loh will bring her more than 30 years of experience in real estate in various countries, including Singapore, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and China. She is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers, and a director with Temasek Foundation Ecosperity (2018 to current) and Singapore Pools.
