Roxy-Pacific grabs Jalan Eunos residential sites

The parcels are priced at $10.98m.

Property and hospitality group Roxy-Pacific Holdings Ltd. has recently acquired several land parcels in Jalan Eunos.

Its subsidiary, RH Eunos Pte Ltd., has entered into agreement to acquire freehold residential site comprised within Mukim 23 Lots 2721L, 2720X and 2719C, located at 180, 182 and 184 Jalan Eunos, Singapore at the purchase price of S$10,978,000.

According to the group, the site has a total land area of 7,685 sq ft. and an existing gross plot ratio of 1.4 under the 2014 Master Plan for residential development.

The group said it "intends to amalgamate this freehold site with another freehold site at 178 and 180A Jalan Eunos which it had acquired in February 2016 for residential apartment development."

Roxy-Pacific stated that the above acquisitions will be financed by internal funds and bank borrowings.
