Property consultancy firm RHT Chestertons launched in Singapore

It will provide consultancy for commercial, industrial, retail, and residential asset classes.

An alliance between RHT Wealth Holdings and property agent Chestertons launched RHT Chestertons in Singapore.

According to a press release, the move will extend the British company's existing international real estate business into new markets in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

RHT Chestertons’ specialised real estate advisory services combine real estate and wealth management and planning solutions. It focuses on consultancy for commercial, industrial, retail and residential asset classes.

Chestertons is a real estate firm in London with experience in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. It operates over 100 office locations extending across 19 countries worldwide.

RHT Chestertons non-executive chairman Ricky Sim said, "As investor appetite for property returns to the market, we believe there are attractive investment opportunities in Singapore which fit our strategy of focusing on niche segments within the market."
