KOH Brothers Group granted $63.15mn contract

The contract was awarded by Phileap Pte Ltd. for condominuim development at Khiang Guan Avenue.

In a statement, Koh Brothers said, With this new contract win, the Group’s existing contracts in hand now stand at approximately S$388 million.

Under the terms of the contract, the Group will commence construction, completion and maintenance works on the 175-unit Lincoln Suites including a six-deck multistorey car park block, two levels of Sky Terraces, Swimming Pool and other communal facilities. Work on the site commenced on March 11, 2011 and construction period will take approximately 27 months.
