Mainboard-listed KLW Holdings will acquire five-storey freestanding office building located on the city fringe of Melbourne for approximately $13.3m (A$12.5 million)
This is its second acquisition in Melbourne, after its recent acquisition of a property at 301 Flinders Lane for $25.1m (A$23.6 million).
The acquisition will be funded through a combination of internal resources and debt.
