JustCo to digitise Marina One hub

Members can book meeting rooms and manage guest invitations through its app.

Co-working space operator JustCo is piloting a smart digital workplace at Marina One Centre where members can avail of a wide range of tech tools to reach the wider office community through a tie-up with solutions provider Aruba.

In a bid to boost workplace productivity and convenience, members will soon be able to book meeting rooms, make special requests, manage guest invitations and enjoy usage of a smart lock access to meeting rooms through the JustCo App.

The new app interface will also feature a built-in map which enables in-space navigation that is able to locate the nearest available meeting room, work desk or a fellow colleague through an indoor GPS tool. JustCo will also engage space utilisation analytics to track and evaluate how often are spaces being effectively used.

“Future workspaces are set to become smarter and more digital in order to foster a collaboration-based workstyle, with technology being a key enabler,” Kong Wan Sing, JustCo founder and CEO said in a statement.
