Interior design company Serrano to list on SGX Catalist on 28 Oct

Placement is worth $3.5m.

In addition to ISEC Healthcare, Serrano will also be listing on SGX Catalist on 28 Oct.

According to SGX, Serrano is a provider of interior fit-out solutions for property development and refurbishment projects in Southeast Asia region including Singapore, with a focus on mid- to high-end private residential developments.

The company derives its revenue mainly from the following three countries – Singapore, Myanmar and Vietnam. According to its prospectus, the estimated net proceeds to be raised from the placement will be approximately S$5.3 million.

SGX says that though Serrano has yet been categorised by Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS), the business could be perceived to be relevant to building products sector because of its interior fitting majority revenue. According to GICS, building products is a category classified under the genre of Capital Goods which is under the broader umbrella of Industrials.
