HDB releases 2 residential sites for sale

The Housing and Development Board released two residential sites for sale that can collectively generate about 1,440 dwelling units.

The Bendemeer Road / Whampoa East site spans 65,163 square metres in maximum gross floor area and can yield about 780 condominium housing units. The site has a lease term of 99 years.

Located within walking distance to Boon Keng MRT station, the site enjoys easy access to schools, shopping malls like Serangoon Plaza, as well as the Kallang River and its park connector.

Slated for Executive Condominium housing, the Tampines Central 7 site has a maximum gross floor area of 66,000 square metres. It has a 99-year lease term and can generate about 660 housing units.

Nearby amenities and facilities include the Tampines Regional Centre, schools, cinemas, supermarkets and a swimming complex. Also within close access are transport links such as Tampines MRT Station, the Tampines Bus Interchange and the the Pan Island Expressway.
