CapitaLand and partners keen on The Vista

Company celebrates topping-out of first Vietnam project of five residential towers with 28 storeys each.

CapitaLand Limited (CapitaLand), together with Thien Duc Trading Construction Co., Ltd (Thien Duc) and Phu Gia Investment Joint Stock Company (Phu Gia), on Tuesday celebrated the topping-out for The Vista in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ceremony marked the successful completion of the main structural works of CapitaLand's first residential project in Vietnam. Held at the property in An Phu Ward, District 2, the event was witnessed by more than 120 guests, including Vietnamese government officials, business partners, homebuyers, media and analysts, according to a CapitaLand report.

Located within a prime residential precinct in An Phu Ward and close to the city centre, The Vista offers 750 quality residential apartments and approximately 35,000 square metres of commercial space (including 100 serviced residence units). The five residential towers, each 28 storeys high, offer breathtaking views of the Saigon River and the city skyline.

The Vista marks several milestones achieved in Vietnam by CapitaLand. The Vista is the first residential project in Vietnam to showcase a unique sales gallery and showflats which provide customers with a close simulation of living in the actual apartment. The Vista also set new benchmarks in product offering in terms of its design, landscaping, quality finishes and a comprehensive range of recreational facilities. The Vista was conferred the Best Development Marketing award at the CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards in 2009, recognising the success of its marketing campaign for a project that is well-positioned to meet the new and increasing demand for quality apartments in the city.
