81,000-sq ft site at 11 Hillside Drive up for grabs

A Convent school has been its former tenant.

According to Knight Frank Singapore, 11 Hillside Drive, 81,000 sq ft is currently available for lease. The new owner who had recently acquired the site is looking to lease out the premises for recurring income instead of redeveloping the site.

The 103-year leasehold site has a land area of 7,568.6 sq m (approx. 81,467 sq ft). Under the 2008 Master Plan, the site is zoned “Residential” with a Gross Plot Ratio (GPR) of 1.4.

Currently on site is the former CHIJ St Joseph’s Convent school. The Convent school had been operating there since 1951 before moving to its current site at Sengkang in 2000.

The premise was subsequently used as a training school by ACMI to train foreign domestic workers since 2002.
