TEE Land’s freehold five-storey development Lattice One was 31% sold as 15 units out of 48 units were taken up during the preview period on 15 and 16 June 2019, an announcement revealed.

The average price of the units sold was around $1,800 psf. The types of units sold comprised 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom + study and 3-bedroom units with floor areas ranging from 50 to 100 sqm, and buyers of these units were all Singaporeans.
