Frasers Centrepoint's Esparina Residences more than 100% over-subscribed

More than 50% of 1,155 applicants were attracted by EC’s proximity to Buangkok MRT station.

Frasers Centrepoint Homes’ Esparina Residences has to date attracted a total of 1,155 applicants for its 573-unit executive condominium since its launch on Thursday, 30 September. The first-ever seven-spa concept EC will be receiving its first bookings through a balloting procedure on Friday 8 October, according to a Fraser Centrepoint Homes report.

Potential buyers attracted by choice location
More than 50% of the potential buyers do not come from the surrounding vicinity (District 19), ie some have addresses from as far away as Upper Bukit Timah and Jurong. Most of them indicated that they were attracted by the EC’s attractive location and close proximity of the Buangkok MRT (a mere 5 minute walk away).

Other reasons cited for their selection of Esparina Residences include the fact the EC comes with full condominium facilities and to top it all, they receive a $30,000 government grant for purchasing an EC. In addition, they were impressed by the quality finishings and good lay-out of the units. The innovative Dual-Key unit concept, which is on display at the showflat for the first time in Singapore, also received numerous enquiries and positive feedback.

Profile of applicants
Almost 75% of the applicants are made up of young professionals aged between 25 – 40 years. Half of the applicants fall within the $8,000 - $10,000 income bracket.

Application procedures
Successful applicants who have received a ballot number are advised to bring it along on Friday, 8 October. Balloting will begin at 9am sharp. When their number is drawn, applicants can then proceed to book their preferred unit. For members of the public who do not have a ballot number on 8 October, they will be admitted to the showflat only after all ballot numbers have been processed.
