Woods Square sells 61 office units in 4 months

Woods Square is an integrated office development with retail, F&B and childcare centre. It is a mixed use project with two office towers and two Small Office Loft Office (SOLO) blocks jointly developed by Far East Orchard, Sekisui House and Far East Organization.

Woods Square has a total of 466 units for sale, but only 124 units have been released for selling. Four months after they began selling the units in July 2016, 61 units have already been sold, 30% of which are SOLO units. Prices range from $1,700 to $2,230psf.

“Most of the buyers are SMEs located within the Woodlands area. They see the benefit of having a separate office close to their manufacturing operations. With Woodlands designated as the next regional centre, these buyers are also confident of the government’s plan to transform Woodlands into a key commercial cluster in the North, similar to Tampines in the East and Jurong in the West, and one that is well-connected to different parts of Singapore and Malaysia,” says Shaw Lay See, chief operating officer, Property Sales Business Group, Far East Organization.

Through the government’s Community/Sports Facilities Scheme, the developers of Woods Square are donating one floor in Tower 2 to three non-profit organisations - Care Corner Singapore, Habitat for Humanity Singapore and World Vision International, Singapore.

Woods Square is ideally located at the heart of the Woodlands Regional Centre and has direct links to Causeway Point and Woodlands Civic Centre. It also leads to two MRT lines – the North-South Line and the upcoming Thomson-East Coast Line.
