Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Holdings announced the retirement of Yu Kebing as non-independent non-executive director.
Mr Yu, 50, was also a member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to a Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post on 20 March 2009.
