Ultro Technologies names Toh Choo Huat as Executive Chairman

He will assume the position of Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ley Choon Group Holdings.

Ultro Technologies announced the appointment of Toh Choo Huat as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Pursuant to the approval granted by the Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 13 July 2012, the Board, having reviewed and considered the extensive work experience of Mr Toh Choo Huat, approved his appointment.

Mr Toh, 55, will assume the position of Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited and he will be responsible for the overall business development and general management of Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited, its subsidiaries and associated companies (the “Group”). Mr Toh will also oversee the overall strategic directions and expansion plans for the growth and development of the Group.

Mr Toh Choo Huat is the executive chairman and chief executive officer of Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries (collectively “LC Group”). Mr Toh Choo Huat is one of the LC Group’s founders and he has played a pivotal role in the growth and development of the LC Group. He is responsible for the overall business development and general management of the LC Group. He also oversees the overall strategic directions and expansion plans for the growth and development of our Group. He has more than 20 years of experience in the business of Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance.
