Soilbuild Construction Group appoints Tse Tze Kwong as CEO

He was selected through a rigorous and transparent recruitment process.

Soilbuild Construction Group announced the appointment of Tse Tze Kwong as chief executive officer.

Mr Tse, 53, will be responsible for the overall planning and execution of construction projects of the Group, leading the projects tendering and value engineering activities of the Group and to spearhead the Groups expansion into new construction sectors that include civil engineering.

In the past, he was director for infrastructure of China Jingye Engineering, Singapore, MCC from October 2012 November 2013; president of Jurong Primewide from October 2006 to July 2012; and managing director of Arup Singapore from August 2005 to September 2006, according to a Soilbuild Construction Group report.
