Sino Construction names Daisy Ong Lizhen as Financial Controller

Ms Ong was once the external audit manager from Ernst & Young LLP.

The Board of Sino Construction announced the appointment of Daisy Ong Lizhen as Financial Controller. Based on management’s recommendation, the Nominating Committee considered the candidate, Ms Daisy Ong’s academic and working experience and found that she meets the selection criteria. Accordingly, the NC recommended the appointment of Ms Daisy Ong as the Financial Controller to the Board of Directors (“Board”). The Board having reviewed the NC’s recommendation gave its approval for the appointment of the Financial Controller.

Ms Ong, 29, will be responsible for reporting, accounting, financial investment reviews and taxation advisory.

She was the external audit manager from Ernst & Young LLP responsible for the audit of the Company from July 2005 to Apr 2012.
