Peter Seah Lim Huat steps down as ST Engineering's chairman of the board

It's effective 25 April 2013.

In a release, Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd today announced that Mr Peter Seah Lim Huat will step down as an Independent NonExecutive Director and Chairman of the Board on 25 April 2013, following the Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2013. 

Mr Kwa Chong Seng, an Independent Non-Executive Director of ST Engineering since 1 September 2012, will succeed Mr Seah. Mr Seah, who has served as Chairman of the Board since 2002, has successfully steered the Group to consistently deliver good results, amidst very difficult global market conditions.

said Mr Kwa.
