Pan Asian Holdings appoints Dr. Ee Keng Boon, Donald as Director

He was a Personal Advisor to Executive Chairman, Pan Asian Holdings Limited from 2010 to 2011.

The Board of Pan Asian Holdings announced the appointment of Dr. Ee Keng Boon, Donald as Director. Through the re-assignment of his role, the Group would be able to tap on his management expertise and experience to assist the Group to the next level of growth. Appointee will provide a leadership role and manage directly all operational aspects of the Group (except China operations which reports directly to the CEO), according to a Pan Asian Holdings report.

Mr Ee, 63 , had been a Personal Advisor to Executive Chairman, Pan Asian Holdings Limited from 2010 to 2011. Before this, he was Adjunct Lecturer, Business School (Post-graduate), University of Western Australia from 2005 to 2009 and Business/Management Consultant (Self-employed) from 2000 to 2004.
