Natural Cool Holdings appoints 2 Executive Directors

Chia Puay Hwee and Tan Aik Kwong were former senior officers of the Group's Switchgear division.

The Board of Natural Cool Holdings announced the appointment of Mr Chia Puay Hwee and Tan Aik Kwong as Executive Directors.

Mr Chia, 49, is the Chief Executive Officer while Mr Tan, 48, is the Chief Operating Officer of the Switchgear division of the group. The Nominating Committee has deliberated on Mr Chia Puay Hwee's qualifications and experience and considered Mr Chia Puay Hwee to be a suitable candidate. The Nominating Committee's recommendation has been accepted by the Board. The Board believes that Mr Chia Puay Hwee's appointment will be beneficial to the Board and the Company.

Mr Chia will be responsible for the overall performance of the group's switchgear division. while Mr Tan will be responsible for the day-to-day business operations, managing the manufacturing process of switchgear division, logistics and warehousing activities and also overseeing the business expansion.
