Lee Gee Aik steps down as LHN's director

He resigned due to increasing personal and other commitments.

Mr. Lee, 59, was appointed on March 10, 2015 as lead independent director. He was also chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee of the company.

Mr. Lee is the founder of G.A. Lee & Associates and a partner of R Chan & Co. He is a lay person member for the Ministry of Health in the Complaints Panel of the Singapore Pharmacy Council. He is a member firm of Morison KSI network of accountants. He gives lectures for the Continuing Professional Education Programme of The Institute of Certified Accountants of Singapore since 1993. He is a fellow with The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in United Kingdom and The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He is member firm for KS International network of accountants.
Mr. Lee holds a Master in Business Administration from Henley Management College in 2004.
