Koon Holdings appoints Yuen Kai Wing as Chief Operating Officer

Mr Yuen's skills, qualifications and working experience is approporate for the post.

The Board of Koon Holdings announced the appoitment of Yuen Kai Wing as Chief Operating Officer. The Board has approved the recommendation from the Nominating Committee to appoint Mr Yuen as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The Nominating Committee and the Board are of the view that Mr Yuen is suitable for this appointment as he possess the appropriate skills, qualifications and working experience, according to a Koon Holdings report.

Mr Yuen is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and business of the Group

In the past he was Regional Manager North East Asia, Van Oord NV and General Manager, Van Oord (Shanghai) Dredging Co. Ltd. from 2009 to 2012. Prior to this he was Branch Manager, Van Oord (Shanghai) Dredging Co. Ltd. from 2004 to 2009 and Project Manager, Ballast Ham Dredging, The Netherlands from 2002 to 2004.
