JES International Holdings appoints Francis Lee Fook Wah as Director

He will also be Chairman of Audit Committee and a member of Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.

JES International announced the appointment of Francis Lee Fook Wah as Director.

Mr Lee, 46, is the Director of Wise Alliance Investments Ltd., a foreign incorporated company focusing on investing in equities and fixed income instrucments. He is currently an Independent Director of three other SGX listed companies. Prior to this, he spent about 5.5 years with Man Wah Holdings Ltd, a company listed on the Hong Kong Exchange as Chief Financial Officer where he oversaw the accounting function, corporate regulatory compliance and reporting of the Company. He was also the Finance and Executive Director of Man Wah Holdings Ltd. In 2001, he joined Credit & Marketing Department of the Bank of China Singapore Branch as an Assistant Manager. He was tasked with conducting credit evaluation and risk analysis on the financial performance and position of corporate customers. Mr Lee joined AP Oil International Ltd in 2004 as an Investment & Project Manager, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions and was also tasked with overseeing its overall credit policy, according to a JES International report.

Mr Francis Lee obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy with National University of Singapore and holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Hull.
