China New Town Development names Zhang Hao as Director

Mr Zhang had worked in various departments of the People’s Republic of China's provincial government for over two decades.

The Board has appointed Mr. Zhang Hao as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and considered him a suitable candidate for this position based on the strength of his calibre and experience.

Mr. Zhang, 52, had obtained Master of Business Administration from the Shanghai Jiaotong University in March 2005 and had previously served in various departments of the provincial government of the People’s Republic of China for over 28 years.

In the past, Mr. Zhang was Vice Director and part-time Professor of the Yangtze River Basin Development Institute of East China Normal University from Dec 2010 to Present. He was also Senior staff member, the Department of District and County Economy, Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission from Dec 2003 to Dec 2010; and Cadre of the Department of District and County Economy, Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission from May 2003 to Dec 2003.
