Keppel Corporation rolls out changes to its board 

The board changes will take effect from 1 January 2024.

Keppel Corp will implement changes to its board effective 1 January 2024.
 
Changes include the appointment of Jimmy Ng as a member of the Audit Committee. 

Ng is an independent director and a member of the Board Risk Committee. 

He was also the Group Head of Operations at DBS Bank, where he played a role in the Future of Auditing initiative.

Under his leadership, the audit group won external accolades, including two awards from the Institute of Engineering Singapore (IES) for Prestigious Engineering Achievement in Singapore and ASEAN. 

Ng has a BS degree in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore and a Masters in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University.

Other additions to the board include Shirish Apte as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee and Sai Choy as a member of the Nominating Committee.
