GIC acquires Daiwa House’s flagship logistics facility in Yokohama
The asset spans an area of more than 126,000 square meters.
Global investment firm GIC has acquired the flagship logistics facility of Daiwa House Industry in Yokohama, Japan.
The four-floor asset spans an area of more than 126,000 square meters. It is one of Daiwa House’s largest assets built to date.
The asset has a seismic base isolation for additional earthquake resistance.
GIC has previously acquired warehouses developed and owned by Taiwan House, including those in Yatomi City, Takayuki City, and Tosu City.
