Lum Chang's full-year profits drop 37% to $18.7m
Revenue was dragged by two Malaysian developments.
Construction firm Lum Chang Holdings Limited (Lum Chang) reported a 37% YoY drop in profits to $18.7m for the full year.
According to its financial statement, revenue dropped 13% to $369m, due to lower revenues of $53.9m from its two Malaysian developments.
Lower revenues of $173.6m from completed construction projects also dragged company figures.
Three ongoing construction projects with $17.1m revenue offset the drop in numbers.
