KSH Holdings bags RMB157m contract in Beijing

It will construct Liang Jing Ming Ju Phase Four.

KSH Holdings Limited a well-established construction, property development and property management group, today announced that its 50% owned associated company in the People’s Republic of China, Sino-Singapore Kim Seng Heng (Beijing) Engineering Construction Co. Ltd, has been awarded a construction contract worth approximately RMB157 million by Beijing Jin Hua Tong Da Real Estate Development Co., Ltd for the construction of Liang Jing Ming Ju Phase Four.

Said Mr. Choo Chee Onn, Executive Chairman and Managing Director of KSH, “We are delighted to be awarded this project, which represents the first construction project that we are undertaking in the PRC.
