Jasper Investments teams up with PTY Resources for infrastructure projects

The partnership will be for its marine transportation segment.

Construction transportation services Jasper Investments entered into a collaborative partnership with PTY Resources in working on some infrastructural projects secured by Guangdong Zhuhai City LuYuan Construction Engineering (LuYuan) for the company.

According to Jasper, it will cooperate with PTY Resources in undertaking the marine transportation aspects of projects LuYuan will be assigning the company from time to time.

“The company intends to employ PTY Resources’ expertise and services to fulfill the Jasper Investments’ obligations to provide marine transportation services and support, including vessel and crew management services, in the context of some or all of the LuYuan projects,” Jasper’s announcement on SGX said.

Among LuYuan’s pending projects for Jasper are the reclamation works off Sanya in connection with the construction of the new Hainan International Airport, and marine transportation of aggregates within the Pearl River Delta region, the company added.
