Tiger Airways Holdings appoints Ho Yuen Sang as Managing Director

At the same time, Alexander Kingge was appointed as Chief Commercial Officer.

According to the company release, Mr Ho Yuen Sang will come on board as Managing Director of Tiger Airways Singapore on 5 December 2012.

He brings with him 26 years of experience in the aviation sector, and has previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Jetstar Asia, where he was responsible for its engineering, flight operations and ground services.

He also previously held various senior management positions at Singapore Technologies Aerospace.

Also joining the team is Mr Alexander Knigge, who will be Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of the Tiger Group with effect from 1 December 2012.

Mr Knigge brings to Tiger extensive industry experience and broad commercial airline knowledge. As the previous Head of Group Distribution and Head of Commercial Services at Jetstar Airways, Mr Knigge was responsible for planning and implementing the direct distribution strategy of the airline as well as its customer and product strategy.
