Singapore will be easing border measures imposed on travellers coming from Taiwan, allowing them to engage in activities if they test negative in a COVID-19 test upon their arrival.

The Ministry of Health said the 14-day stay-home notice will be waived as the COVID-19 situation in Taiwan improved.

Starting Saturday, those arriving in Singapore with a travel history in Taiwan within the last 21 days will undergo a COVID-19 test and will be allowed to proceed, if they test negative.

OrangeTee & Tie holding company, OT Group, suffered a data security breach after receiving an email that claimed a third party had accessed its IT network.

The incident has been reported to authorities and has since been under investigation. The OT Group said based on their initial investigations, their data security has been breached.

The group assured that should it find that data has been compromised, it will identify customers that have been affected.

The Marina Bay Sands (MBS) has reopened after it was temporarily closed due to the ongoing transmission of COVID-19.

The MBS assured its premises had undergone deep cleaning and now adheres to the “highest safety, hygiene, and testing standards.

Moreover, 90% of its staff have also been vaccinated. The casino was closed for two weeks from 22 July to prevent the further spread of the virus.
