Singapore Airlines partners with Virgin Australia to give customers easy access to Australia

Traveling the Land Down Under is now faster through SIA's' Visit Australia Airpass.

Singapore Airlines together with Virgin Australia today announced that they have joined forces in providing overseas travelers and the Australian tourism industry with the launch of the Singapore Airlines ‘Visit Australia Airpass’.

Mr. Mark Swee Wah, Singapore Airlines' Executive Vice-President Commercial said that with the airpass, travelers will have the opportunity to experience the sights of Australia.

"The Visit Australia Airpass increases the travel options available for customers travelling to Australia. Our customers now have the opportunity to discover Australia’s unique landscapes and experiences with all the convenience and benefits our alliance with Virgin Australia has to offer. Combined with our global network and services to Australia’s main capital cities, the Airpass is an easy and attractive way to tailor the perfect itinerary across Australia”.

The airpass offers Singapore Airlines and SilkAir’s international customers the opportunity to visit up to 10 domestic destinations at great value on any given trip to Australia. It also covers 9 Australian cities and offers a choice of itineraries across 61 domestic routes operated by Virgin Australia and an opportunity to travel to places like Broome, Darwin, Hamilton Island, Hobart, Uluru and the Whitsundays .

With the new offering, flying via Singapore Airlines definitely has gotten better.
