Olam International appoints Lim Ah Doo as independent director and chairman-designate

He will be chairman on January 1, 2017.

Mr. Lim, 67, was an independent and non-executive director of Linc Energy from November 23, 2013 to June 23, 2015. He was non-executive independent commissioner of PT lndosat from December 2002 to August 2008 and chairman of audit committee from June 2004 to
June 2008.

He was president from October 2003 to June 2007 and non-executive vice chairman from June 2007 to November 2008 for RGM International. He
was also acting president from June 2007 to November 2007 and non-executive deputy chairman for AAA Oils and Fats from November 2007 to
November 2008.

He had several key appointments at Morgan Grenfell Asia from 1977 to 1995, including a chairmanship from 1993 to 1995.
