Halcyon Agri named Qin Hengde as chairman

His appointment was proposed by Sinochem.

Mr. Qin, 46, has been with Sinochem International for more than ten years. He is president since January 2015 and executive director since February 2010. Before that, he was senior executive vice president from January 2013 to January 2015,senior vice president and CFO from February 2007 to January 2013, and CFO from November 2005 to February 2007.

Mr. Qin graduated with Bachelor of Accounting from Nanjing University of Science & Technology. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the economic management department from East China Institute of Technology in 1991. He studied Master of Science in Management Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Huazhong University of Science & Technology from 2000 to 2002. He received EMBA from China Europe International Business School in China in 2011.
