Halcyon Agri appointed Li Dajun as deputy chairman

He is senior vice president of Sinochem International Corporation (SIC).

Mr. Li, 52, is responsible for overseeing all key aspects of the group’s business functions.
He was also vice general manager for Sinochem until January 18, 2017. Prior to that, he was general manager of Agrichemical and Chlor-Alkali Center at Sinochem International Corp Care from May 2011 to February 2016. He was also assistant general manager and vice president for SIC from December 2006 to July 2008. He was general manager at Agrochemical Business at SIC from December 2008 to February 2016. He was general manager of Sinochem Argo from March 2014 to February 2016. He joined Sinochem in 2002 as vice director of GMs office and general manager of Agrichemicals Business Center from 2002 to 2006. He was general manager of Chemical Industry Head Office of Nantong Jiangshan Agrochemical & Chemicals since 2006. He was vice general manager and general manager for Shaanxi Chemicals Import & Export.

Mr. Li graduated with a major in biology at Shaanxi Normal University. He received double degrees in international trade from the University of International Business and Economics. He also got an MBA from Fudan University - BI Norwegian School of Management.
