Bumitama Agri Group names Yandi Sulistio as Head of Mills and Engineering

He has the relevant experience, passion and leadership qualities to transform the Department with latest cutting edge technologies.

The Board of Bumitama Agri announced the appontment of Yandi Sulistio as Head of Mills and Engineering.

Yandi Sulistio, 43, will oversee the Group's engineering operations and reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Before joining the company, according to a Bumitama Agri Group report,

Mr Yandi Sulistio started his career in September 1992 as an Assistant Supervisor in PT Salim Ivomas Pratama. He then joined PT. Salim Agroplantation as Assistant Manager under the engineering mill service department in August 1996. He was responsible for the operations of the mills.Mr Yandi then joined PT Minamas Plantation as Manager for engineering operation in April 2001. He was promoted to Senior Mill Manager in May 2006 and subsequently to General Manager Mill Operations in the South and Central Kalimantan in August 2009. He was responsible for the operational effectiveness of 7 mills, budget management and mills design improvement.Overall, Mr Yandi has more than 19 years of experience in Palm Oil Mill Operations and Project Planning Development.In December 2012, he joined the Group as Group Department Head of Mills and Engineering.
