Noble Group to unveil PwC’s findings after releasing Q2 results

Its results will be released on August 13.

Noble Group today said that it will report its second-quarter results on August 13.

The group will hold a conference call after trading hours on the said date. After the call, Noble said that it will hold a follow-up Investor Information Day in Singapore.

“The focus of this initiative, which will incorporate ample opportunities for questions and answers, will be a comprehensive explanation of how Noble's business works and the findings of the PwC Assurance Review. Details of the results call and the respective toll free numbers will be released well in advance of 13th August, as will the arrangements for the meetings to be held during the Investor Information Day,” Noble said.
